1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tifybe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service to host or optimize illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or reverse engineer the API.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban API keys that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Since Tifybe offers digital goods (credits), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been substantially used.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Tifybe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Turkey. Tifybe and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
