Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Tifybe platform, API or CLI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Tifybe receives, queues, delivers, retries and replays webhooks on your behalf, and provides a CLI tunnel for local development. Plan limits (endpoints, monthly webhooks, retry counts, log retention) are described on the pricing page and enforced automatically. Events beyond your monthly quota are recorded but not delivered.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Tifybe only for lawful purposes. You must not transmit malware or phishing content, route illegal material, attack third parties, probe other users' endpoints, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and plan enforcement. You are solely responsible for the payload content routed through your endpoints. We may throttle, pause or terminate accounts that abuse the platform; circuit breakers may automatically pause endpoints that fail repeatedly.

4. Payments, cancellation & refunds

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions sold by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. — Polar is the seller on your invoice and handles VAT/sales tax. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled through Polar in line with their consumer policy; contact us and we will process eligible refunds promptly. If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and downgrade the account to Free if it remains unpaid.

5. Data & retention

Webhook data is encrypted at rest and automatically deleted after your plan's retention window (7/30/90 days). Deleting your account soft-deletes all data immediately and purges it within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service level

We engineer for durability — accepted webhooks are stored before they are acknowledged, and failed deliveries are retried on a published backoff schedule — but Tifybe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tifybe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising from use of the service or outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
