Tifybe ("we") is a webhook delivery and reliability service available at tifybe.com. Paid subscriptions are sold by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), which acts as the seller for payment, tax and invoicing purposes.
Account data: your email address and name, managed through our authentication provider Clerk. Payment data: collected and stored exclusively by Polar — card numbers never touch our servers. Webhook data: the payloads, headers and delivery results of webhooks you route through Tifybe. Technical data: IP addresses and request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Every webhook payload and endpoint secret is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before it reaches our database. All traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit. We never read, process, mine or sell the content of your payloads; they exist solely to be delivered to the destinations you configure.
Webhook payloads and delivery logs are deleted automatically after your plan's retention window: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Enterprise. Deleting an endpoint deletes its webhook history immediately. If you delete your account, all data is soft-deleted at once and permanently purged within 30 days.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Clerk (authentication), Polar (payments, merchant of record), Resend (transactional email), Oracle Cloud (infrastructure, EU region — Frankfurt), Vercel (web hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS/DDoS protection). We do not sell personal data to anyone.
We use only functional cookies: your authentication session (Clerk) and your theme preference. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion is self-service in Settings → Danger Zone. For anything else, reach us through the contact form in your dashboard or on the home page — we respond within days, not weeks.
